Aberystwyth beach Reflective Images: We are an independent publishing company specialising in the reproduction of black & white photographic prints of welsh towns and villages dating from 1890. We currently have a selection of over 3000 separate images, consisting of over 500 different welsh towns and villages. Our collection includes street scenes, churches, school, collieries, castle etc. This list is being added to all the time. $

Dinas Middle Rhonda-Cynon-Taff Libraries Digital Archive: Here you will find over 20,000 digital images taken from our local history collections. There are images of people at work and at play; of buildings; places and events helping to illustrate all aspects of life in the County Borough from around 1880 to the present day. $

Laugharne Richard Naude Photography: Richard is a photographer who is based in South Wales. He enjoys capturing images of a variety of different subjects that include still life, portraiture, landscape, nature, sports and everyday lifestyle. Images of these subjects are constantly being added to the site. $

Brains Ale Roath Park Mark's photos: Mark has posted several sets of photos most of which were taken in and around Cardiff. They include many familiar buildings and landmarks as well as some family snapshots.

Dinorwic Quarry The Slate Industry of North and Mid Wales: Dave Sallery says: "This site is intended to be a general introduction to the slate industry of North and Mid Wales. I have tried to give an overall impression of the industry and the changes it brought about... All the contemporary photographs were taken by myself in the last twenty years but such is the pace of change that many of the views are no longer possible."

Cardiff Station South Wales Photos: Excellent photos, mostly of Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Thatched Cottage & Carriage Swansea Heritage/Photos: This section of Swansea's excellent website features more than 850 digitized historical photos. Subjects include people and places in and near Swansea, as well as people and places far from Swansea.

Miners Taff Merthyr Colliery Documentary Photography: Artist and photographer, Andrew Johnson, spent four years working photographically alongside the miners of Taff Merthyr Colliery, South Wales, until its closure in 1993. Working empathically with the miners he produced a large body of photographic work which was widely exhibited nationally. $

North Wales Wales Group Pool at flickr.com: flickr™ is a website which was created to allow photographers to share their work. There is a section for Wales which features more than 9000 photos, most of them of excellent quality. There is a search option available. Some photos are identified very well, and some hardly at all.

Wrexham Station Welcome to Wales: Links to several areas in Wales. There are at least a few photos of each area with emphasis on North and mid-Wales.

St. Bilo's church Welsh Chapels and Churches Collection: John Ball says: "Since moving to Wales over thirty years ago, I have taken literally thousands of photographs of urban and rural subjects using both digital and film cameras... Additionally, various individuals have kindly sent me their own photographs of Welsh churches and chapels so I now have high quality photos of well over 300 Welsh churches and chapels, located mainly in south, west, and central Wales."
